Turning The Page

In my last post, I invited you to join me in a journey that would allow me to apply the most recent leadership principles I had received from Patrick Lencioni's book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team"

to the two teams that I was currently involved @ Brewzzi Restaurant. As you may have guessed after reading this opening statement, things have obviously changed since that last post. While I would like nothing more than to continue investing in both of the teams that I was apart of, I must find different ways of doing that now that Cristina & I have decided to begin a new chapter in our lives.

Our decision to move on from Brewzzi was not an easy one!!! After being with a company & it's people for 10 years, it really does become like your home away from home & the people that you've spent almost 1/3 of your life with become family. However, Cristina & I have been feeling God's calling to start a family of our own. He's placed it in our hearts to start preparing for that responsibility, which we have been doing for over a year now & with that preparation comes seasons of change & a reshuffling of one's priorities. We're excited & eager to begin this new chapter, but we both knew that the only way to move from one chapter to the next is by Turning The Page!

So, with that in mind, I invite you to join me on a new leadership journey!!! This journey will be similar to the last one in that it NEEDS to be interactive...more than ever! I ask that you follow this blog...that you invite others to do the same...and more importantly, that you hold me accountable to being more consistent with it! I have a tendency to get sidetracked, but I know that I have a lot to offer you & those that are willing to follow this blog alongside us.

I look forward to Turning The Pages of life with each and every one of you!!! Together we can make life happen!
